Healing Art Workshop

Saturday 28 August 2010 in Riebeek Kasteel

Whether we’re approaching a career change, the loss of a loved one, feeling the need to "connect" again, or a breakthrough in our spiritual development, Healing Art can guide us by tapping into specific vibrations and helping us focus our thoughts.
The intention behind Healing Art is to give us tools that guide us in focusing and harnessing situations with a heightened sense of awareness.
By cultivating certain qualities of being, we build connections to the realms of the deep soul and engage in the unspoken dialogue of the spirit.
Healing art pieces can be hung on a wall or used as a part of our daily practice.

COMBINING MEDITATION AND ART

With this workshop, Sol would like to introduce a technique using meditation to link you to your own creative thoughts, and through that channel, create beautiful abstract art that not only inspire, but invoke.
